Duties Prepare accurate customs entries and documentation in accordance with international trade regulations, including FDA regulations and Customs regulations compliance. Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to facilitate timely clearance of shipments. Monitor and ensure adherence to transportation safety regulations and logistics compliance standards across all operations. Utilize global trade management software and Excel data analysis tools to track shipment status, analyze data trends, and generate detailed reports. Manage regulatory reporting requirements related to export management, OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, and risk management protocols. Maintain comprehensive records of customs clearance activities, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory standards. Support the implementation of trade compliance initiatives by staying current on international trade regulations and providing guidance on import management procedures. Requirements Proven experience in customs brokerage management or related logistics roles with a focus on regulatory compliance management. Strong technical proficiency with global trade management software, Excel data analysis, and report writing skills. Familiarity with FDA regulations, export/import procedures, and international trade regulations essential for compliance management. Ability to interpret complex customs regulations and ensure logistics compliance across diverse markets. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
