Position Overview As an Associate Project Manager - Power Foundations , you will support the overall planning, coordination, and execution of power foundation construction projects across North America. Working under the guidance of Project Managers and Operations leadership, you will assist with project administration, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, reporting, customer communications, and field support. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting projects involving transmission structure foundations, substation foundations, drilled shafts, spread footings, micropiles, ground improvement, and other foundation systems that support critical power infrastructure. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively with both office and field teams. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the execution of power foundation construction projects. Assist with project planning, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and resource coordination activities. Track project costs, production quantities, budgets, and progress against project goals. Coordinate with Construction Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Support customer communications, reporting, documentation, and project meeting preparation.
