About the Role:

The Assisting Director Clinic Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director in overseeing the daily functions and strategic initiatives Children's progam.  This position ensures that clinic operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The role involves coordinating between various departments, managing staff schedules, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance patient care and service delivery. The Assisting Director will also contribute to policy development, quality improvement projects, and community outreach efforts to expand the clinic’s impact. Ultimately, this position is essential for maintaining high operational standards and fostering a collaborative environment that supports both staff and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations and payroll
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-departmental activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Accountabilities 

  • Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and directing clinic operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate daily activities across clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and effective workforce.
  • Collaborate with external partners and community organizations to enhance clinic programs and outreach.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support budget management and resource allocation to optimize clinic efficiency and patient care.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.
