NOCO Energy Corp.Position : Assistant Warehouse Manager- Residential Services (HVAC, Geothermal, Generators, Plumbing, Home Energy, Etc) Location: Tonawanda, NY Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour What We Are Looking For We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the residential warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of parts, materials, and equipment. This role assists with inventory management, vendor coordination, warehouse organization, and staff support to help maintain a safe and productive warehouse environment. What You Will Do Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, auditing, tracking inventory levels, and identifying restocking needs. Support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing materials, parts, and equipment. Pull and organize orders/parts from warehouse by part number or job as directed by business units and according to assigned priorities. Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and Customer Service Representatives to expedite parts and material requests. Assist in ordering materials and supplies from approved vendors using purchase orders. Receive and process purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate inventory records and allocations. Help maintain accurate inventory and purchasing data within company systems. Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure efficiency and safety. Assist with coordinating material deliveries to technicians and installers. Support warehouse associates by providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction as needed. Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and adherence to company safety policies. Assist with the maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, returns, and discrepancies. Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, layout, and space utilization. Ensure compliance with appliance standards, company policies, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. What You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory management, logistics, HVAC service support, or related experience preferred. Experience with inventory control and purchasing processes preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and inventory management software. Strong communication and customer service skills. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
