Position Summary Howard Fertilizer is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations at our Riviera Beach location. This position will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to help ensure efficient operations, maintain productivity, and support warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities -Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. -Support and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily workflow. -Ensure accurate order processing, inventory records, and warehouse documentation. -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. -Communicate and coordinate with other departments to support operational needs. -Assist with employee training and compliance with company procedures. -Oversee warehouse operations in the Warehouse Manager’s absence. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred. -Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. -Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Basic computer and inventory management skills. -Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. -Forklift experience preferred. Knowledge of lean management, distribution center operations, shipping and receiving, and OSHA safety practices.
