Ensure all daily order preparation, staging, and assembly tasks are completed accurately and within designated timeframes. Order Management & Quality Control Conduct final quality assurance checks on assembled cabinetry before packing and staging (verifying alignment, hardware installation, finish, and dimensions). Record and update order status in the inventory management system. Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to update delivery timelines and pickup readiness. Receiving, Logistics & Customer Support Assist in receiving incoming freight, unloading cabinetry inventory, and maintaining organized rack storage. Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load delivery trucks and assist customers during order pickups. Oversee loading of outbound delivery trucks to protect assembled cabinetry against transit damage. Safety, Maintenance & Team Leadership Lead by example in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Enforce adherence to company safety policies and proper equipment operation guidelines. Assist in training new warehouse associates on assembly techniques, inventory procedures, and safety standards. Physical Requirements Standing & Walking: Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for a minimum of 8 hours per shift. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 2+ years in warehouse operations or logistics; prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or furniture assembly is a major plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with industrial power tools, hand tools, and warehouse management/inventory systems. Communication: Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and customers. Language: Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are highly valued.
