Assistant Warehouse Manager

As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the leadership and daily operations of our warehouse team. Position Overview Reports to: Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Assistant Manager will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to step in and manage warehouse operations in the Warehouse Manager's absence. Key Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate regular cycle counts and audits Ensure garments and merchandise are properly received, inspected, tagged, and stored in accordance with brand and quality standards Help coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment schedules to ensure timely fulfillment Enforce warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Assist in resolving operational issues, staffing needs, and workflow bottlenecks as they arise Provide regular updates and reporting to the Warehouse Manager on team performance and inventory status Step in to manage daily warehouse operations in the Warehouse Manager's absence Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred Prior experience in warehouse operations required, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and remain standing or mobile for extended periods Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 per year Bonus up to 25% of annual salary Final offer to be determined based on experience and qualifications Full-time position Benefits Comprehensive health insurance, with eligibility beginning after 30 days of employment Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with company match options The stability and growth opportunities of an established, expanding company Requirements A character reference is required (professional) Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce/inventory platforms for inventory tracking and management?
