Now Hiring: Assistant Warehouse Manager Infinity Events & Décor | Saskatoon, SK Infinity Events & Décor is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our Warehouse Manager with daily operations, rental inventory, order preparation, and team coordination. Our warehouse supports weddings and events with décor, linens, rental items, and equipment. This is an active role for someone who enjoys organizing, working with a team, and making sure every order leaves clean, complete, and ready for use. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations and Inventory Assist with counting, coding, organizing, and restocking rental inventory. Keep inventory spreadsheets and order tracking records current. Receive, unpack, inspect, and record new products. Clean rental items, spot-treat and press linens, polish products, and complete minor repairs. Check items, labels, totes, and order materials for quality and accuracy. Help identify damaged or worn inventory for repair or removal. Order Preparation and Client Service Prepare and double-check client orders for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate client pickups and returns, providing friendly, professional service. Check returned orders for missing items, damage, and cleaning needs. Sort items rented from outside suppliers after events and prepare them for return. Ensure event coordination orders include required support items, such as emergency kits, ladders, and extension cords. Assist with deliveries, pickups, and loading or unloading trailers and vehicles. Team Support Help assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, seasonal helpers, and contractors. Support staff training in cleaning methods, linen care, warehouse procedures, and safe equipment use. Communicate workload and staffing needs to the Warehouse Manager. Assist with event setups and takedowns as needed. General Upkeep Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Assist with washing towels and rags, maintaining team dishes, and monitoring garbage and recycling bins. Complete other duties assigned by management. What We’re Looking For Experience in warehousing, inventory, rental operations, or a related field. Leadership or staff training experience is an asset. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. A professional, respectful approach with clients and coworkers. Comfort using spreadsheets and tracking records. Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning, linen care, and maintenance tasks. Ability to safely lift 50lbs and move rental items and equipment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. A valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle. How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
