Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, issuing, and tracking materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and process transactions through Acumatica. Coordinate deliveries, transportation schedules, route planning, material staging, and communication with drivers and field crews. Track shipments, prepare delivery documentation, and resolve material shortages or fulfillment issues. Support fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, inspections, maintenance scheduling, and record keeping using Enterprise and Geotab. Monitor equipment check-in/check-out, inspections, maintenance, and availability. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with training, coaching, and directing warehouse personnel. Serve as acting Warehouse Lead in the Warehouse Manager's absence. Provide bilingual communication support between warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and field crews. Ensure field teams receive the materials and equipment needed to maintain productivity. Promote workplace safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, construction supply, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Valid driver's license. Preferred: Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience with Acumatica, Geotab, or similar ERP and fleet management systems. Construction industry or building materials experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
