Assistant Store Manager

Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports daily retail operations by helping lead the team, serve customers, and maintain an organized, well-stocked store. This role combines supervising experience with retail sales, product knowledge, POS systems, inventory management, and purchasing. Your impact: Effective coordination of sales and inventory helps customers find products and supports smooth store operations. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day store management and team supervision. Support retail sales and attentive customer service. Use POS systems to process transactions accurately. Apply product knowledge to help customers make informed choices. Monitor inventory and help maintain product availability. Assist with purchasing and replenishment decisions. Qualifications Supervising experience in a retail setting. Familiarity with retail sales and customer service. Working knowledge of POS systems and transactions. Understanding of inventory management practices. Retail store product knowledge and attention to detail. Ability to support purchasing and store management tasks.
