LITTLE TREESAssistant Shipping Supervisor LITTLE TREES, DeWitt, IA Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime may be required based on demand. Salary: $27.35 per hour, increasing to $28.85 within 6 months. Summary: The Assistant Shipping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the department supervisor in overseeing operations and ensuring company standards are met. Responsibilities: Promote efficiency and continuous improvement Conduct new-hire and ongoing safety training Ensure timely and accurate shipments Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and SOPs Report safety concerns and operational issues Serve as the supervisor during absences Perform shipping and production duties as needed Maintain dependable attendance and support departmental goals Skills and Experience: Two years of supervisory experience Highly organized and deadline-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and pallet wrappers is helpful.
