Security clearance not currently required; may be required for future projects. The company provides containerized and custom SCIF solutions engineered to meet ICD/ICS 705 requirements for government agencies, defense contractors, and national security customers. Enklave is committed to delivering secure, scalable, and mission-ready facilities through end-to-end support from design and manufacturing through installation and accreditation support. POSITION OVERVIEW Enklave Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning, execution, and closeout of secure-facility construction projects built to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards. The APM will coordinate construction activities, maintain compliance documentation, and support inspections and accreditation in accordance with ICD 705, its Technical Specification, and applicable agency-specific requirements. This on-site opportunity is suited to an early-to-mid-career professional with construction experience who is interested in developing expertise in secure facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Required Project Coordination & Schedule Support Assist the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking project schedules, submittal logs, RFIs, and change order documentation for secure construction scopes. Coordinate daily field activities among general contractor staff, subcontractors, and security-cleared trade personnel to keep the project on schedule and within scope. Track procurement and delivery of long-lead, security-critical materials (e.g., vault doors, RF shielding, sound masking systems, access control hardware) and flag schedule risks early. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for internal coordination meetings, owner meetings, and site security working groups. ICD 705 / Secure Facilities Compliance Support Construction Security Plan (CSP): Assist in maintaining and enforcing the project's CSP, including cleared-personnel rosters, escort logs, and controlled-access procedures for the construction site. Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC): Support preparation and updates of the FFC and related accreditation package documentation submitted to the Accrediting Official (AO) / Cognizant Security Authority (CSA). Technical construction requirements: Help monitor field compliance with ICD 705 Technical Specification requirements, including perimeter wall construction (slab-to-slab or approved equivalent), acoustic protection and NICE/sound group ratings, RF shielding and TEMPEST countermeasures where required, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and access control at Secure Facility entry points. Inspections & testing: Coordinate and document pre-construction, in-progress, and final inspections, including acoustic testing, TEMPEST/RF shielding verification, and IDS commissioning, in support of the accreditation process. Uncleared/cleared workforce management: Assist site security personnel in verifying escort requirements and access control procedures for uncleared trades working within or adjacent to controlled construction areas. Maintain a working knowledge of ICD 705 and its Technical Specification, and escalate any observed field condition that may create a compliance gap. Documentation, Reporting & Closeout Maintain organized, audit-ready project files, including security documentation, inspection reports, test results, and as-built drawings reflecting ICD 705-compliant construction.
