Assistant Processing Manager

Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements Utilize SAP, ERP systems, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and production management systems to monitor inventory levels, production planning, and scheduling Analyze Excel data for production metrics, supply chain performance, and operational efficiencies to inform decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain management, quality control, and assembly to optimize workflows Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and streamlining processes Support plant management in implementing lean management practices and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, MRP, and supply chain management tools Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel for process improvement insights Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, value stream mapping, and waste reduction strategies Experience leading teams in a fast-paced setting with excellent cross-functional communication skills Background in implementing Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable Prior involvement in plant management or operations management roles that emphasize continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to operational excellence!
