Assistant Parts Manager, Moose Jaw Toyota

As a Parts Specialist, you are the first face and voice of our parts department. You’ll help customers find the right Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories, along with any additional items their job requires, while delivering a personalized, safety-focused experience every time. You are a strong listener with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building product knowledge. You’ll work toward sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold the Toyota standard of quality, dependability, and respect for the customer. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, in person and by phone Identify the correct parts and recommend related or secondary items Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Promote Genuine Toyota Parts, accessories, and current Toyota promotions Keep parts labelled, inventoried, and assigned accurately Complete documentation accurately and on time Keep forms, menus, and pricing guides up to date Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional appearance Complete all required dealership training Work closely with the service, sales, and other dealership teams to develop new business What You Bring Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment (automotive parts experience is an asset) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an upbeat attitude Strong problem-solving, math, and computer skills High organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility, accountability, and a results-driven mindset Taylor Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
