ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER — GOLLING CDJR Bloomfield Hills, MI | Full-Time READY TO TAKE YOUR PARTS CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL? Golling CDJR is looking for a driven, experienced Assistant Parts Manager who knows the automotive business, knows how to lead a team, and knows what it takes to keep a busy Parts Department moving. This is more than a parts counter position. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team , helping drive department performance, support our technicians and service advisors, and deliver an exceptional experience to both internal and wholesale customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Help lead the day-to-day operation of a high-volume dealership Parts Department Work alongside the Parts Manager to drive performance, productivity, and profitability Lead, coach, and support Parts Department employees Keep parts flowing efficiently to Service and Collision Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, returns, and inventory control Build strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and vendors Help control inventory and reduce obsolete and special-order parts Support wholesale parts sales and customer relationships Maintain a clean, organized, efficient Parts Department Step up and take charge when the Parts Manager is away WHAT WE WANT We're looking for someone who knows dealerships and knows parts. You should have: Automotive dealership Parts Department experience Leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations Excellent communication and organizational skills A sense of urgency and strong attention to detail The ability to work under pressure without losing focus A team-first attitude A commitment to getting the job done right CDK experience is a plus WHY GOLLING CDJR?
