JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Operations Manager works with the Operations Manager to oversee all local operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. The position involves supervising Service Coordinators and managing manpower, subcontractors, and the warehouse to meet commitments efficiently and cost-effectively. Key responsibilities include planning and executing daily schedules, conducting job site reviews, and assisting with administrative functions and equipment staging. This role is also pivotal in reinforcing company policies and supporting the Operations Manager in growing the service department.

COMPENSATION
This compensation information is a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage range that DuraServ reasonably expects to pay upon hire, and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Similar positions located outside of a covered jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 plus bonus potential and reflects the range DuraServ expects to pay at the time of hire, based on factors including geographic market, skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
