ASSISTANT MEDIA BUYER

ITN, a leading Advertising Technology Company managing over 100 national advertisers, is seeking an Assistant Media Buyer to support our Media Department. This position offers a great opportunity to learn the business side of television advertising, including commercial air-time negotiation. Candidate must be a quick learner, detail oriented with strong organization skills, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a team- based setting. Role Description Support assigned buyers’ needs as it pertains to ordering, confirming orders and schedule changes Maintain media schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Reconcile any discrepancies in media orders or schedules Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Experience with media buying a plus Additional Details Full-time hybrid position in NYC with Tuesday-Wednesday in office and Monday, Thursday, Friday remote.
