Assistant Manger-Part Time

Duties Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and motivate retail sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Support employee orientation, training & development initiatives to enhance team performance Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations Utilize management communication skills to coordinate with team members and resolve customer issues promptly Experience Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within the retail or grocery industry is highly preferred Proven track record in retail sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and employee orientation Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional shopping experiences!
