Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed store targets through effective management and coaching. Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized service and understanding client needs. Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure an attractive shopping environment. Handle loan processing and collections efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financial software to track sales activities and client interactions. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services, including retail sales, financial services, and loan options. Qualifications Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail or financial services is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service and client communication skills to build trust and loyalty. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with financial software systems. Knowledge of banking procedures, loan processing, cash management, and loan collections is advantageous. Basic math skills, including retail math and 10-key typing accuracy for cash handling tasks. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for profit & loss analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage store operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
