What You’ll Do

You’ll lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality, food quality, and team performance.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach team members, helping build a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

When serving as Manager on Duty, you’ll oversee both Front of House and Heart of House operations, ensuring service flows smoothly from kitchen to dining room.

You’ll support the kitchen team as needed, maintain operational standards across the entire restaurant, and make sure both guest experience and food execution stay strong during busy shifts.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability goals while protecting the culture of the team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A.S./B.S. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field (not required - preferred).
  • Successful completion of a background screening (Criminal Background, Credit, 5 Panel - Non-THC Drug Screen).
  • Must have valid driver's license.
