Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager/Large Party Coordinator to lead our event operations and ensure unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role combines leadership, operational management, and exceptional customer service to coordinate large parties, special events, daily restaurant function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong team management skills, and possess a passion for hospitality and event coordination. Duties Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of large parties and special events at the venue, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish Supervise staff members, including event coordinators, servers, bartenders, and hosts, providing clear direction and support Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and ensure all team members deliver exceptional guest service Coordinate with vendors, and external partners to facilitate event logistics and technical requirements Monitor operational procedures including cash handling, budgeting, and inventory management to maintain profitability and efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, staffing performance, guest feedback, and operational challenges for continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management, events management or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure settings Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and operational documentation, Toast & OpenTable Excellent communication skills for managerial decision-making and team supervision Prior experience coordinating large-scale events or parties at an event venue or resort setting Knowledge of operational management including budgeting, cash handling, shift management, and guest services Experience in restaurant or resort environments is highly desirable Ability to make quick managerial decisions while maintaining a positive team atmosphere Join us to lead vibrant events that create lasting memories!
