Retail Store Manager – Sweet Hop Swedish Candy Do you love people, have a passion for retail, and get excited about Swedish candy? We may have the perfect opportunity for you! Sweet Hop is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our retail store. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a great shopping experience, and has the personality to make every customer feel welcome. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the store and makes sure everything looks fantastic and is ready for business each day. Responsibilities Open the store each morning and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Make sure all candy displays, bins, and shelves are fully stocked and looking their best. Maintain an attractive, clean, and inviting retail environment. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Fulfill online orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs. Assist with daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Take pride in the overall appearance and presentation of the store. Help create a fun, positive atmosphere that reflects the Sweet Hop brand. What We're Looking For Previous retail management or retail leadership experience. A friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. Someone who is dependable, organized, and takes initiative. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of daily responsibilities. Comfortable handling online orders and basic inventory management. A team player who can also work independently and take ownership. A love for Swedish candy is a BIG plus! The Sweet Hop Personality We want someone who genuinely enjoys what they do.
