Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will support store operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service. Your leadership will help drive store performance, manage daily activities, and foster a positive environment for both staff and customers. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise retail sales team members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent customer service Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees Manage cash handling, POS systems, and payroll processes accurately and efficiently Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledge Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control, and basic bookkeeping practices Demonstrated ability in negotiation, sales management, and operational management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred for effective communication with diverse customers and staff Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in pricing, merchandising, and stock management Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining compliance with company policies Experience in retail math, budgeting, shift management, and employee orientation is highly desirable Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding retail experiences.
