Assistant Manager

Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales Handle employee orientation, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and cash handling with accuracy Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store performance Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory retail role with leadership responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and retail math principles Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational and time management expertise Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage store operations efficiently, and handle customer service issues professionally Join us if you’re ready to energize your career in retail management!
