CEI ServicesOverview: Responsible for supporting the IT Business Manager in performing various IT financial and procurement, administrative duties related to the organization's hardware, software, and service contracts. This position will also ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Location & Travel Details: This position is hybrid in Fargo, with a remote option available for candidates located outside those areas. Responsibilities: Perform end-of-month IT financial processes including coding intercompany expenses, posting monthly expenditures, preparing financial accrual listing, and reconciling to the IT general ledger accounts Prepare Purchase Orders and Asset Requests to get proper approval for IT software and hardware expenses while maintaining compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements Track and monitor IT Department expenses and maintain accurate record of allocation to subsidiaries Process vendor invoices by verifying charges are against contracts and approved expenditures Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery Gather information from vendors to assist with vendor setup in the accounting system Assist with IT budget preparations including data entry into spreadsheets or ERP system from Forecast meetings with leaders and making monthly changes to Forecasts based on actuals Assist with tracking and procuring IT hardware and software while complying with company financial, legal, security and procurement requirements Assist with ensuring compliance with software license agreements Provide financial support and exp…
