Assistant Inventory Lot Manager We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Inventory Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle lot. This energetic role involves managing vehicle flow, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. As a Lot Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers and staff alike, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and exceptional guest services. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and confident in their experience. Duties Direct and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the lot, including parking, retrieval, and staging for service or delivery Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism Operate standard passenger cars and facilitate valet parking services with precision and safety Assist with tasks related to vehicle positioning or lot organization, following safety protocols Process wholesale and retail status stock in new inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor lot environment to ensure safety and visual appeal Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle flow, report issues, and ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in dealership operations, hospitality, or retail environments is highly desirable Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience operating standard passenger cars and familiarity with manual transmissions preferred Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Capable of physical activity required for lot maintenance and vehicle handling Basic knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures Join us as a Lot Inventory Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
