Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to support and lead our logistics operations. This role is hands-on and essential to bringing our events to life—coordinating setup, breakdown, and the overall execution of event environments. The Logistics Supervisor works closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure efficiency, organization, and high standards across all event logistics. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist in event setup and breakdown Create and recreate event atmospheres through furniture placement, décor installation, and inventory management Pack, transport, and unpack event equipment and materials Ensure timelines are met and logistics operations run smoothly Supervise and collaborate with logistics team members Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory Uphold company standards for quality and presentation Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and thrives in both independent and team environments. Candidates must be able to: Lift at least 55 lbs Stand for extended periods Work independently with minimal supervision Perform multiple physical tasks throughout the day Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain strong attention to detail Manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly Climb ladders and scaffolding; comfortable working at heights Collaborate effectively within a team Required: Valid driver’s license Preferred (not required): Experience driving vans and trailers General maintenance skills Additional Skills (Higher Pay Potential): Candidates with technical experience in areas such as: Electrical work HVAC Plumbing Woodworking Mechanical work may qualify for a higher hourly rate upon evaluation.
