Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the dental practice
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and overall practice performance
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to set and achieve practice goals
• Track quarterly and yearly data
• Promote our practice through direct collaboration with interdisciplinary contacts

• Facilitate team meetings and coaching opportunities with team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leadership/managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with dental software systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Minimum level of education - Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
