Assistant Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries to meet customer expectations and operational targets Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure smooth delivery processes Support inventory management activities, including tracking shipments and updating records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to confirm delivery details, address concerns, and provide updates Aid in managing the sales pipeline by supporting outbound sales efforts and upselling opportunities during delivery interactions Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including logs, reports, and incident records Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives and dealership relationships Experience Previous experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales is highly desirable Proven skills in negotiation, deal closing, and upselling within a high-end sales environment Strong background in customer relationship building and client communication across diverse audiences (multilingual skills are a plus) Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems for sales support and pipeline tracking Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or public speaking to promote products or services Knowledge of automotive financing options, passenger car sales, and dealership operations is advantageous Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to grow your career in automotive or logistics sales!
