What you'll do
• Manage aspects of a multi-million-dollar business to drive department profitability.
• Shop the retail market to identify trends, assortment gaps, and pricing opportunities.
• Prepare materials for merchant line reviews.
• Recap and communicate style placement to vendors, agents, and cross-functional teams.
• Generate reports and analyze business results to support team objectives.
• Assist cross-functional teams by acquiring samples and developing item descriptions.
• Present selling recaps to managers regarding best and worst-selling products.
What you'll need
• You must be a rising college senior graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Preferred majors include Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or Marketing Analytics.
• A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required, specifically with formulas, functions, and reporting.
• You should demonstrate critical thinking, initiative, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decisions.
• Previous retail experience and familiarity with retail systems like JDA, ERAM, or S5 are considered a plus.
• A strong understanding of retail math and terminology is preferred.
