Assets management Technician
ConfidentialPurpose of the position Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including equipment/fixtures, consumables, packing material and chemicals as well as all other procurement, customs clearance/importation, and ongoing asset tracking. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within an organization. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory to prevent shortages or excessive overstock. Track inventory in and outbound, including receiving, shipping, and storage activities. Conduct regular physical cycle counts and audits to reconcile any discrepancies between actual stock and records Generate reports and analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and support decision-making Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper storage, distribution, and timely replenishment Follow and Maintain inventory control systems and best practices, including software tools for tracking and reporting. Systematically process Purchase request Education and work experience High School Diploma/GED Some knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management Prior work in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics is often preferred Skills: Experienced in MS Office, spreadsheets and data analysis tools Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for liaising with global suppliers and internal teams. Language Fluent in English. Working conditions On-site work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with designated cleanroom areas for precision equipment; compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
