Asset Management Lead New On-site / Huntsville, Alabama Full-Time General $80,000 to $125,000 Tiber Creek Ai is seeking an Asset Management Lead for a contingent position to direct accountability, inventory, movement, lifecycle control, audit, and reporting for Government equipment. The current inventory includes at least 2,400 active items and 9,000 inactive or archived items valued above $5.5 million for one Hand Receipt Holder. The Asset Management Lead will manage property-book processes, ASTS and DPAS data, receipt and issue, barcoding, storage, transfer, transportation, turn-in/disposal, sensitive-item inventories, corrective actions, and coordination with the Installation Property Book Office and technical support teams. Education: MA/MS; permitted substitution of BA/BS with 12 or more years of relevant experience. Experience: 10+ years of relevant distribution operations, logistics, or IT asset-management experience at the Senior/Lead level. Salary Range: $80,000 to $125,000 Clearance: Must possess and maintain a secret security clearance and accesses assigned under the DD Form 254. Must be eligible to enter and handle property within classified facilities; higher-level access may be required for assigned locations. Certifications: DoD 8140/DCWF-aligned qualification; DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics, GSLC, or equivalent preferred. Asset management certification (e.g., IAITAM) desired. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of AR 710-1, AR 710-2, AR 710-3, AR 735-5, DA PAM 735-5, AR 25-1, AR 71-32, and local property SOPs. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate accountable-property records and execute physical inventories in secure operational environments. Strong data-quality, audit, documentation, customer service, planning, and team-leadership skills. Ability to perform full-time on-site touch labor and travel locally between supported facilities as required. Unable to work with 3rd party candidates or agencies. Related Experience: Experience reviewing, developing, modifying, and testing procedures and systems requirements for property-book management supporting DoD enterprise IT. Experience leading audits, corrective action plans, customer training, process improvement, workflow, and material movement. Experience with capital procurement processes, supplier/service coordination, and accountable-property documentation. DPAS, ASTS, barcode systems, hand receipts, sensitive items, IT hardware inventories, software/license records, and property-book reconciliation. Receipt inspection, tagging, storage, issue, transfer, transportation, turn-in, disposal, and archival records. Monthly 100-percent sensitive-item, quarterly 25-percent, and annual 100-percent inventories. Hardware lifecycle coordination with service desk, equipment support, server, network, cybersecurity, procurement, OEM, and Government property personnel. Internal audits, discrepancy research, financial-liability support, corrective actions, and process improvement. Job Duties: Lead on-site IT asset-management and accountable-property operations for the Hand Receipt Holder. Maintain complete, accurate, timely, and reconcilable records in ASTS, DPAS, and other Government systems.
