Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assemble, configure, integrate, and test customer-ordered systems while ensuring all products meet established quality and production standards. This role supports efficient day-to-day operations through hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure systems are completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities: Assemble and integrate customer-ordered systems, including kit preparation, rack assembly, and software uploads. Configure and integrate third-party equipment according to customer requirements. Perform factory acceptance testing. Troubleshoot equipment and system issues as required. Review work instructions, procedures, and checklists to ensure all required materials and equipment are ready, and the work area is properly prepared. Perform visual inspections and ensure all work consistently meets established production specifications and quality standards. Follow company procedures and assist with maintaining and updating related documentation. Identify and report problems or issues in a timely manner. Provide support to internal departments as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements: Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Ability to adapt to technical, production, and procedural changes. Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing hands-on physical work throughout the day. Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. Bilingual is considered an asset. Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, logistics, or a similar hands-on environment. Strong work ethics and positive attitude. Must be computer literate and comfortable with basic computer functions, including Microsoft applications. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (on-site). Must be available to work overtime when required. Education: High school diploma required. College diploma in computers, electronics, or a related field is considered an asset.
