Job Description Responsible for assembling various documents and/or customer provided materials into completed kits
Responsibilities
Perform pre-assembly duties such as; prepping boxes, stocking assembly area, gathering materials, and organizing work area
Follow detailed procedures to perform routine packing work, collating materials as necessary
Pick and package a variety of printed materials or related items that require a variety of packing procedures and techniques.
Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping in accordance with customer specifications
Count and sort inventory as required
May prepare shipments of customer samples.
Train others in new processes and lean methodologies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior warehouse or kitting experience preferred
Must have the ability to read and interpret job specifications and identifying the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher-level employee.
Able to complete appr
