Job description: Job Title: Hazmat Driver + Warehouse Manager Job Description JJ&S Environmental is one of the fastest-growing environmental, demolition, and logistics companies in California. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Manager + Hazmat Driver to join our growing team. This role is crucial in keeping our warehouse organized while ensuring the safe transportation and disposal of hazardous materials, complying with all safety regulations and company procedures. $30 - $35 per hour Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations. Manage inventory levels and order supplies. Safely transport hazardous materials, including asbestos waste, to approved disposal sites. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and AQMD regulations during transport and handling. Load, secure, and unload materials following proper safety protocols. Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist on-site teams with containment setup, demolition, and clean-up as needed. Follow all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Purchase Requests: Process purchase orders for warehouse supplies. Waste Disposal Payments: Handle payments and pickups related to waste disposal services. Content manipulation and inventory documentation Admin office work. Must be in good physical condition Qualifications: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement. 1+ years of experience in asbestos abatement, hazardous waste transportation, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations related to hazardous materials. Ability to lift and transport heavy materials as required.
