Area Manager Mobile Fleet Repair

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Manager for Mobile Fleet Repair to lead and oversee our mobile maintenance operations across multiple locations. Duties Build, lead and manage multiple mobile repair teams, ensuring high performance through effective team management and leadership. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across all locations. Oversee profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health, identify opportunities for growth, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with executive-level teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives and drive business development initiatives. Utilize Excel data analysis and other data-driven decision-making tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize workflows, and support strategic planning. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and fleet readiness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean management principles and process enhancement strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies while supervising daily operations. Develop team capabilities through targeted training, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Skills Proven management experience with a focus on operational oversight within fleet or mobile repair environments. Strong financial management skills including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control. Expertise in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Business management acumen with a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and business development. Exceptional team management abilities with experience in team development and leadership at an executive level. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Data-driven decision-making proficiency to analyze operational metrics and implement improvements. Knowledge of lean management principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Strong operational management skills including supervising teams, managing workflows, and optimizing resources.
