ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER AND ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER AND ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented Architectural Designer and Assistant Project Manager to support our design team in creating, documenting, and managing all projects through completion. The candidate must have a strong mixture of creativity, communication, and problemsolving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Ability to perform a variety of design related tasks while assisting Interior/Architectural Design Team Create detailed set of construction drawings in Revit or AutoCad consisting of FFE specifications, all finishes, appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, and tile selections Create presentation documents (meeting agendas, meeting notes, etc.) to support all the above for client meetings Ability to work with the Architectural team to draft existing condition plans in Revit or AutoCad, based on site measurements Weekly communication with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure projects are completed thoroughly and successfully in a timely manner Work with Principal Architect to strategically source materials consistent with the design specifications Procurement management to ensure all items are properly acquired so that projects can proceed efficiently and successfully THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Is proficient in Revit or AutoCad Has a full understanding of field dimensions and construction drawings for site verification Has a minimum 4 years of related experience with a previous residential design firm Must be very organized and detail oriented Is an efficient worker with good time management skills Possesses the ability to learn new software for project management and communication Has strong knowledge of Excel Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under pressure Is independent and self-motivated Please submit resume and portfolio to office@healthyhomeco.com Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150
