As a full-time Appliance, Kitchen & Bath and Flooring Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping guests with their appliance, countertop, and flooring needs. You will provide expert advice, help guests find the right solutions for their projects, drive sales, keep your product knowledge current, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the department. APPLIANCES KITCHEN & BATH COUNTERTOPS FLOORING WHAT YOU WILL DO GUEST ASSISTANCE Greet and assist guests in the Appliance, Kitchen & Bath and Flooring department, understanding their needs and preferences Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate guests on product options, including materials, styles, and installation methods Guide guests through the selection process, offering recommendations based on their specific requirements SALES & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with guests and promoting products Stay current on industry trends, product features, and advancements in product technology Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotions and marketing strategies for department products GUEST SERVICE Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and timely manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and positive word of mouth MERCHANDISING & INVENTORY Keep the department well maintained, organized, and visually appealing Monitor and manage inventory levels, working with the inventor…
