Appliance Technician/Delivery Installer

Responsibilities Safely deliver appliances to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service. Install a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers following manufacturer specifications and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair appliance issues using mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and equipment repair techniques. Use hand tools, power tools, ladder systems, and other equipment to perform installations and repairs accurately. Interpret schematics and electrical wiring diagrams to diagnose problems effectively. Conduct routine maintenance on appliances and perform repairs as needed to ensure optimal operation. Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction. Skills Strong understanding of schematics, ladder use, electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for installation and repair tasks. Experience troubleshooting complex appliance issues through electrical diagnostics and mechanical assessments. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) procedures for various appliances. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor; capable of clearly communicating technical information to non-experts.
