Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver

Job Overview As an Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver, install, and assemble appliances in customers’ homes. You’ll operate a company vehicle, including a box truck, and use your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to complete installations safely and professionally. Your impact: Careful delivery and installation help customers use their appliances confidently and enjoy a smooth service experience. Duties Load, secure, transport, and deliver appliances; complete in-home setup and assembly Install appliances using hand and power tools, following schematics and applicable electrical and plumbing requirements Troubleshoot equipment, perform appliance repair and equipment repair, and identify when additional service is needed Provide courteous customer service, explain completed work, and maintain a clean, safe work area Use ladders and follow safe practices while handling equipment and completing field service visits Install Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Range Requirements Ability to operate a company vehicle and box truck safely; delivery driver experience is preferred Mechanical knowledge and experience with appliance installation, appliance repair, equipment troubleshooting, or equipment repair GROWTH We don't just hire employees — we develop future leaders. Managers : Oversee assigned trucks, coordinate crews, maintain operational standards, and earn additional compensation based on management responsibilities. All new hires 90-day probationary period. After 120 days of employment Drivers: Eligible for a $200 monthly raise. Helpers: Eligible for a $150 monthly raise. Managers are eligible to earn an additional $100 per week per truck.
