NCLOGISTICSFull job description Delivery Driver and Helper Job Description: We are looking for a capable, reliable, appliance delivery drivers and helpers who are concerned with customer satisfaction, safety, and attention to detail. The delivery drivers and helpers will load, unload and deliver items to customers while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be physically strong and willing to ensure that invoiced items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Applicants must be STRONG AND PHYSICALLY ABLE TO LIFT AND MANEUVER HEAVY GOODS while protecting appliances from damage, as well as protecting customers' homes, and businesses from damage as deliveries are made. To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Hours are: Monday - Saturday 6a- FINISH ROUTE Pay- FLAT RATE- $130-$200 per day pending prior experience- WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT! Travel Opportunities available at higher daily rates . We Service GE ( Mon-Fri) , Home Depot (Mon-Sat) and Lowes ( 7 days a week) openings available in Raleigh Durham as well. Driver and Helper Responsibilities: Loading, transporting, and delivering Washer/Dryers, Refrigerators, Stoves, Dishwashers etc to clients or homes in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. Assisting with loading and unloading appliances from vehicles. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. MUST BE GREAT WITH NAVIGATING APPS & YOUR PHONE Delivery Driver and Helper Requirements: Ability to walk, drive, LIFT and CARRY heavy items for extended periods . Valid driver's license CLEAN BACKGROUND MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG SCREEN! Clean driving record. Experience is preferred. Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Strong time management and customer service skills.
