Appliance Delivery/Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of appliances at customer locations, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will interact directly with clients during the installation process. Duties Perform installations of household appliances according to company guidelines and customer specifications. Safely operate delivery vehicles, to transport appliances and equipment to job sites. Load and unload appliances efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for moving heavy items when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Drive vehicles when required for deliveries or installations. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or installer is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with loading and unloading materials, including heavy lifting capabilities. Familiarity with operating box trucks and other delivery vehicles. Knowledge of using pallet jacks and other moving equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Must have a valid drivers license.
