MOG Transportation — Appliance Delivery & Installation Technicians MOG Transportation is seeking experienced Appliance Delivery & Installation Technicians to support residential and new-construction projects. Technicians will deliver, install, connect, and document household appliances while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Applicants must have at least 1½ years of box truck driving experience and prior appliance delivery and installation experience. Position and Schedule Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Work Days: Monday–Friday; no weekends Start Time: As early as 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. Work Location: In person Primary ResponsibilitiesDelivery Safely operate a box truck to transport appliances. Load and unload appliances with care. Verify product model and serial numbers. Installation Deliver, install, and connect the following appliances according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements: Refrigerators Dishwashers Ranges Over-the-range microwaves Vent hoods Washers and dryers Documentation Use the company app to: Capture installation photos. Photograph model and serial numbers. Document utility connections. Obtain customer signatures. Record completed installations. Construction Site Work Install appliances in occupied and unoccupied homes. Install full kitchen appliance packages. Follow builder requirements and site procedures. Coordinate with site supervisors. Safety Requirements Required personal protective equipment includes: Steel-toe boots Hard hat Safety vest Technicians must follow OSHA safety practices, site-specific safety policies, and manufacturer installation instructions. Safety equipment provided. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1½ years of box truck driving experience Prior appliance delivery and installation experience, including dishwashers and refrigerators Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and move 100+ pounds with assistance Ability to pass background screening Smartphone and app proficiency Strong documentation skills Professional communication and customer service skills Background screening disqualifiers: Grand theft and larceny-related offenses. Preferred Qualifications Vent hood installation experience Appliance installation certifications Construction or builder-site experience Team lead experience Multi-unit project experience Performance Expectations Technicians must: Maintain documentation compliance above 95%. Follow required anti-tip procedures 100% of the time. Complete installations accurately and safely. Maintain professional customer interactions. Minimize callbacks and damage claims. Pay: $175.00 - $200.00 per day Work Location: In person
