Job Description Our appliance delivery company is seeking a organized and motivated team member to join us as an Appliance Delivery Assistant & Logistics Coordinator. This multi-faceted role balances customer service, daily scheduling, paperwork management, and on-site delivery assistance. You will work closely with our driving team to ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations. Core Responsibilities Logistics & Paperwork: Coordinate delivery timelines, update customer schedules, and organize delivery documentation/receipts. Requirements Valid driver’s license. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle the physical aspects of the job, including walking, moving, and team-lifting heavy items safely. No commercial certifications or licenses required. Customer Relations: Act as a main point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring high satisfaction and a professional experience. Delivery Support: Assist with the safe movement, loading, and unloading of appliances using dynamic team lifting and provided material handling equipment (carts, dollies).
