Job Overview We are seeking 3 professional individuals to join our team as Box Truck Delivery Driver/ Installation Tech . In this role, you will be responsible for the safe driving, handling/ delivering, and basic installation of household appliances to residential customers. Washer and Dryers Kitchen Range (Stove) Refrigerator This position involves working as part of a two-person delivery team , ensuring products are delivered on time while providing excellent customer service. If hired for this position, you will operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck , assist with loading and unloading appliances at the distribution terminal and customer's homes. You must complete deliveries along a designated route. Drivers be comfortable with physical work which includes: Moving/ maneuvering appliances safely in a fashion that would avoid damage to the customer's property or the appliance itself. YOU MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE This position offers consistent weekly work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a professional delivery operation. **** WE OPERATE 7 DAYS A WEEK AND WORKERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMMIT TO WORKING AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH*** *** WEEKLY PAY*** Duties DRIVERS: Safely operate commercial vehicle (26 ft Straight Box Truck) and load/unload appliances using dollies, team lift straps, or manual lifting techniques. Deliver appliances to residential or commercial sites following designated routes and schedules. Install appliances accurately according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation. Load and secure appliances properly for transport to prevent damage during transit. Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and preparing appliances for delivery. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine safety checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Skills DRIVERS: Proven experience in delivery driving, including route driving with a box truck or similar vehicle. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Experience with warehouse operations, heavy lifting, moving appliances, and using equipment like dollies. DRIVERS: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to follow all road laws and compliances safely!!! Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy appliances safely and efficiently. Familiarity with tools used in appliance installation processes.
