APPLIANCE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SPECIALIST Help Us Build Something BIG in Northwest Arkansas! Metcalf Appliance and Home is coming to Northwest Arkansas and we're looking for YOU! We're a brand-new, locally family-owned appliance and furniture company with big plans for serving customers throughout Northwest Arkansas. We're bringing together great products, great people, and old-fashioned customer service . Our delivery team will be a huge part of making that happen! We're looking for an experienced Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist who takes pride in their work, knows how to handle appliances, and understands that delivering an appliance isn't just about getting it from the truck to the customer's house. It's about delivering an experience. THIS IS MORE THAN A DELIVERY JOB When you walk through a customer's door, you're representing Metcalf Appliance and Home. We want someone who can confidently say: “I’ll take care of it." You'll be the person who makes sure the refrigerator is installed correctly, the range is level, the washer and dryer are set up properly, and the customer's home is treated like your own. If you're experienced, dependable, customer-focused, and want to be part of building something from the ground up, we want to meet you! WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver major appliances and furniture throughout Northwest Arkansas Safely load, transport, and unload large appliances Install and connect appliances when qualified Level and test appliances to ensure they're ready for the customer Disconnect and remove old appliances when applicable Protect floors, walls, doorways, and customer’s homes during delivery Identify and report product damage or issues Keep the delivery truck clean, organized, and ready to go Provide friendly, professional service at every stop Communicate with customers and our store team throughout the delivery process Represent the Metcalf Appliance and Home brand with pride WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience matters! We're looking for someone with previous experience delivering and/or installing major appliances. You should be: Experienced with major appliance delivery Comfortable moving heavy appliances safely Experienced with appliance installation and hookups Dependable and punctual Customer-service oriented Professional and friendly Detail oriented A problem solver Comfortable working in customer’s homes Able to work independently and as part of a team A safe, responsible and courteous driver with a valid driver's license Experience with refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, water connections, gas and LP appliances, and electrical connections is a major plus.
