Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist

Your hands-on approach will help customers enjoy their new appliances with confidence and ease.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances to residential or commercial locations, ensuring timely arrivals.Install appliances accurately following manufacturer specifications, schematics, and electrical or plumbing requirements.Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site using mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and equipment repair skills to resolve problems efficiently.Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment to assemble and install appliances securely.Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform minor repairs on appliances as needed to guarantee optimal performance.Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation.Document all work performed accurately in delivery logs and communicate any issues or delays proactively to supervisors.QualificationsProven experience with appliance repair, installation, or related mechanical work.Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration principles, plumbing connections, and equipment troubleshooting.Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other mechanical equipment essential for installation tasks.Familiarity with delivery driver operations including safe vehicle handling and navigation skills.Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics clearly to follow installation instructions precisely.Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities.Experience working with maintenance, repair operations (MRO), electrical work, assembly tasks, and equipment repair is highly desirable.Embark on a career where your technical expertise makes a real difference!
