Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and delivery of products to our customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to handle heavy lifting and driving tasks. Responsibilities Perform installations of products at customer locations while adhering to safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service during installations and deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns. Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, ensuring safe transport of products. Load and unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary. Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules. Assist in store duties including testing appliances ,inventory management and organization. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations. Requirements Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Previous experience is preferred. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving; manual transmission experience is a plus. Familiarity with operating trucks and performing delivery driver duties. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on route.
