Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist

Overview As an Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist, you’ll deliver appliances to customers’ homes, complete installations, and make sure equipment is ready to use. You’ll operate a company vehicle, handle appliances safely, and provide clear, courteous service throughout each visit. Your impact: Careful delivery, installation, and troubleshooting help customers use their appliances safely and confidently. Responsibilities Load, transport, and deliver appliances using a box truck and company vehicle. Install and assemble appliances; complete applicable plumbing and electrical work. Use hand tools and power tools, ladders, and schematics to perform installations and repairs. Troubleshoot equipment and complete appliance repair and equipment repair tasks, including refrigeration-related work as qualified. Communicate with customers, explain completed work, and maintain a professional service experience. Experience Customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly in customers’ homes. Mechanical knowledge and experience with appliance installation, appliance repair, equipment troubleshooting, or field service. Electrical experience; plumbing, refrigeration, electrical work, and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) experience are useful. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and reading schematics. Delivery driver experience, box truck or company vehicle operation, assembly, equipment repair, or service technician experience is preferred.
