Appliance Delivery and Installation

Overview Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician, where your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction. Also some work in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and troubleshooting a wide range of appliances. Your mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and customer service mindset will drive success as you ensure appliances are installed correctly, functioning optimally, and meet high standards of quality. Requirments include working well with others, punctual attendance and ability to lift heavy objects. Clean drivers license required. Ability to advance in responsibility and wage. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, to deliver appliances to customer locations promptly and efficiently. Deliver appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens following manufacturer specifications and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to install appliances accurately Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation. Complete detailed documentation of work performed, including installation steps, issues encountered, and parts used; communicate effectively with team members regarding job status. Skills mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely. Ability to operate company vehicles such as box trucks confidently while adhering to safety protocols. Familiarity with field service procedures including delivery driver experience. Customer service skills and ability resolving issues on-site. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
